Most of you know that I'm pregnant (and in my second trimester now too!). I love that these DVD's feature workouts that are short. I don't want to do anything too strenuous since I'm pregnant, but a 10 minute workout session is not only healthy for me and the baby growing inside of me but I'm easily able to add it to my busy daily schedule! The workouts in this DVD are designed for you to do them WITH your baby which I think is a great idea. I however did not do them wearing or holding Maggie since, as I said, I do take my exercising a little easier while pregnant. I feel great doing these exercises!
