What I Thought:

Well, I have to admit that I don't practice meditation, at least not Dr. Chopra's form of meditation. I don't consider him a spiritual leader in my Christian faith.  Therefore, I did not do any of the meditation exercises on these DVDs. I can however say that the yoga on these DVDs is great! It is easy enough for a beginner like myself to do and they've both been exercise DVDs that I've really enjoyed. I find that Tara is very easy to follow along with and very encouraging throughout the DVDs.  I love to alter my workout routine and I've loved throwing these in the mix!

You can buy these DVDs online at Amazon.com and I've also noticed them for sale at my local Walmart, so I'm sure you can find them at many retailers!
