Whether you have one child, two children, or more, we know life with your preschooler can be downright hectic. Between work, everyday chores, and still trying to cultivate your child's growing abilities while spending quality time together, it is difficult to find a free moment to yourself. Create Abilities For Kids is dedicated to helping you use your time for the important things, the top priority being interaction and fun with your child.
Create Abilities For Kids offers a unique solution to busy parents looking for ways to maximize quality time with their young children. Our art activity kits include everything you need. You won't need to shop around for anything! The art activity is generally geared toward a holiday or time of year, and the kit comes with talking points that will further enhance your child's learning and development. In addition, we have it all arranged so that cleanup is easy too.
We received the February package and when it got it here, my daughter was super thrilled! Inside the package was a "Groundhog's Day" package craft and a "Valentines Day" package craft. I love that all crafts from Create Abilities For Kids are appropriate and perfect for ages 3, 4 and 5! The first craft we did was the "Groundhog Face"- a Groundhog's Day craft!
Included was EVERYTHING we needed! All of the Groundhog's pieces, and the glue and sponge brush to brush the glue on each piece to the face. Plus, there was a huge piece of paper to do the craft on so that you don't get any glue on your table/floor.
Here is Halie gluing on the eyes!
He of course needs a nose!
And here is her finished product- the groundhog!! She loves it
so much and is so proud she made him all by herself!
Next, we did the "Marble Heart Painting" - a Valentine's Day craft!
For this craft we had the paper heart, red paint, white paint, 2 marbles and 2 spoons (and also the large paper to cover and protect our table from paint getting on it). I was suppose to keep the shipping box for this craft, but didn't realize it....thankfully I did have another box that I could use! The box was to put the paper heart inside. Next Halie took each marble and put 1 into each color paint. She then put the marbles on top of the heart (inside the box) and moved the box around so the marble would "paint" the heart! It was so easy and fun for her to do!
And here is her heart!
I love that these 2 crafts have everything in the package we needed to make them! And that they were easy enough for my daughter to do all by herself and make her feel even more like a big girl!
